The Gurdjieff Work, also known as “The Fourth Way,” is a spiritual path of inner transformation designed for everyday life, not retreat, focusing on awakening from mechanical existence through practices like self-observation, self-remembering, group exercises, and conscious suffering (willfully enduring discomfort) to integrate intellect, emotion, and body, using sacred dances (Movements) and teaching methods passed from teacher to student, aiming for a higher state of consciousness.
